Indian handlooms are sometimes susceptible to irregularities in the dye or weave due, to their handmade nature; this is all part of their charm and are not classed as flaws. Washing with a handful of table salt for the first couple of washes will help fix the dye to prevent it running. Wash in cool and air dry.
