This 1 1/2" wide woven no roll elastic has already been preshrunk. It maintains its width when stretched. Works well when pierced by needles so it is a good choice for sew-on application as well as in casings. It also is machine washable and dryable, but do not expose to temperatures that exceed 200 degrees.
