We are currently open for in-store shopping, with three customers in the shop at a time, curbside pick up and limited door service. Please read our guidelines and tips for shopping.

How does curbside pick up work?
You can choose curbside pick up at checkout as the shipping method for your order. Once we have processed your order and it is ready to be picked up you will receive an email.
You can pick up your order at your convenience during pick up hours. If those times don't work for you, please email the store and someone will help find a time that will work for your schedule.
Please wear a mask when you arrive at the store. Let us know your first and last name and we will pull your order. Easy as that! Please be sure to give us and other customers space for social distancing.
I don't see what I need on your website. How can I find out if you have it but it's not listed online?
While all of our fabrics are listed online there are a few trims and odds and ends that are not yet in our online store. If there is something specific you are needing help with, please email email@example.com or give us a call 503.287.BOLT.
I made a mistake on my order. How can I fix it?

How long does it take for my order to be fulfilled?
Order fulfillment can vary. Currently, it is about 2-4 days. Please keep your eyes open for any email communication from us about your order. Prompt replies really help keep the process moving.
Are you offering classes?
Our class program is on hold currently due to COVID19 concerns. We are anxious to start classes back up and will do so when we know we can keep everyone safe.
