We do not carry 4" elastic so you may need to use reduce the width of your fabric. The Assembly Line has offered this option: If you cannot find an elastic waistband this wide you can use any width you prefer. But make sure to reduce the width of the fabric waistband with this formula - The width of the elastic waistband x 2 + 2,5 cm.

Another option would be to use 2" wide elastic. You could sew a seam down the middle of the waistband and then feed your elastic through the two channels you created.
