Dyed by hand in Portland, Oregon by Anna Joyce! Ice dyed silk noil is exceptionally soft  with a naturally occurring neppy surface texture. Silk noil is made from the waste fibers created during the traditional silk making process. It is opaque, has exceptional drape and has the feel of a well loved tee (without the stretch).
